The register does not have the category field

Hi all

I am new to Reckon and have come across something I can't work out.

In the register view I don't see "category". In it's place is "XFER ACCT". All of the instructions show category but I can't see how to get it to appear. See attached example.

I think this may be QBO (“QuickBooks Online”) rather than Reckon Accounts ? 🤔

You will need to change the settings in View to SORT by Date / Ordered enter.

Thanks for that, it didn't resolve the issue BUT I have just noticed that it's not all transactions that are doing this. It's only ones where the REF column shows TXFR in the credit card accounts and the NUM column showing TXFR in the cash accounts.

I manually exported all the QIF files from the banks and then imported them. Perhaps in doing that I have somehow created this problem.

If I delete the NUM or REF selection then I get the option to categorise the transaction. For now that will be what I will do but I'll try and work out why it's occurred as well.
