Something has gone wrong error - Community email notifications ⚠️

Hi everyone

Just a heads up, I've received some reports from Community members of an error appearing when clicking through from a Community email notification.

It also seems to be occurring when viewing your own, or a fellow member's comments from their profile.

Screenshot of the error message appearing above.

I've raised this issue with our platform provider and I'll keep you posted on progress. Apologies for the confusion and hassle.

For now, please access any latest activity from the notification bell icon in the top right corner and I hope to have an update to share very soon.

    UPDATE

    Hi all,

    Just a quick update, this issue looks to be occurring on email notifications for new replies on posts you've created, participated in, or have bookmarked.

    Our upstream platform provider is investigating and I'll post a further update as soon as I have more info.

    ✅ UPDATE

    This issue has been resolved. Access to the site is back to normal from Community email notifications.
