I have too many bank accounts showing on dashboard. To show only selected bank accounts, I am not able to select them as per instructions. Is there a problem with selection?

It looks like we've got a little bug there that we need to address. I can replicate the same behaviour in my test book. Let me get this over to our dev team for further investigation and I'll keep you posted.

Just closing the loop on this one. The latest Reckon One release (details here), included a fix for this issue. Your dashboard widgets should now be back to normal. Let us know if you still have any difficulties with this.

What's happening when you attempt to select specific bank accounts on the widget in the dashboard? Are you running into an error message? If so, what is it?
Which browser are you using?
While attempting to select accounts, no accounts are shown for selecting. They do not load on the screen for selection.
I do not see any error message on screen.
Using Google chrome browser.
Are you encountering a screen similar to the below screenshot when you attempt to modify the Bank Accounts widget?
not the same. I have attchached screen shot of screen in my Reckon One.

Apologies for the delay with this one, I was hoping the team would have been able to squeeze this one into the next release coming early next week but unfortunately, it hasn't quite made it and will follow in the next release after. I'll keep you posted on when this happens.
