Hi Rav, I have followed the allow popups instructions for Google Chrome and reloaded. The short cut functions still don't work. I have tried logging out also, thanks

I've split your reply into its own post here just so I can get a little bit more info.
When you say the shortcuts functions aren't working, which shortcuts are you trying to use specifically? Just Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V when copying and pasting?
If so, did you allow permission to the clipboard along with pop-ups?
Ah, yes. This work. I have a Mac and its previously Command+. This is now resolved, thanks for the prompt reply
