Since the upgrade a client is unable to send emails in a batch, they have about 70 invoices per day, but lately only some get sent and they have to manually work out which ones haven’t gone and resend the next day

Is this happening consistently for this client ie. every time they send out a large volume of invoices in one batch or does it occur on just the odd occasion?
Also, and I'm not sure if this will be easy to answer, but is there any commonality in terms of which recipients are being missed in the batch? ie. is it the same recipients each time this has occurred or is it random?
If you view the Email Report from the Hosted dashboard, does it show all emails in the batch ie. the full 70 for example, have been sent successfully?
so for now the problem is intermittent, no way of telling if it’s the same customers, it has been happening since the new version was released. However all the batch went successfully today, so I have asked them to let me know the next time it happens and I will look at the log file

Hi Rav we have had similar issues when emailing payslips. Random email addresses maybe 4-5 out of 42-43. The error from the email log is "command returned non-zero exit value 1073807364 with the error - " We used to get a bounce email return to the email address set up in Reckon Hosted but they are not happening anymore.
