Screen Stuck with Select Remittance Advices to Email

Anyone had this problem. I have emailed my remittances and I cant close the pop up screen. Have hit refresh and it still comes back. Can't log out, Can't click cancel, cant click on the cross. Tried Alt page up, tried alt page down. Still nothing. I have noticed Reckon really slow today too. Any help would be good

Hi @Leanne_7663246,

Have you tried logging off remote sessions if you are stuck on that screen. This should reset it.

Thanks Jason that worked. I normally do that when I have to boot someone off or if still says someone in file but there isn't. Didn't think to do for this.
