The Beep is Back!
My recollection is that the Beep never ever worked in Hosted when recording a transaction, as is the case with the Desktop version. We were told that this was due to the transaction not being recorded on our own computer, but rather on a "Reckon server". Since using the latest release of Hosted, I have found that the Beep has finally arrived. So a big thank you from an old timer who loves this feature in the Desktop version! For me, I love hearing that sound as an indication that the transaction has recorded!!

I haven't actually played around in the new version of Hosted yet so I haven't come across this but I'll check it out today. Glad to hear its a positive change though!

Just saw this post and switched it back on. Haven't heard this in years and glad it's back. It's the little things haha

The beeps are a curse! To turn off: Go to Edit > Preferences > General > uncheck "beep when recording a transaction"
