Can you do me a favour and try this out the next time it appears -

Tick the option to not display the messages in future like you have been on the message window when it appears
Next, end your session by going to File ➡️ Exit
Ensure there are no active sessions in your Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel, if there are, log them off.
Launch your file again

This should prevent the message from reappearing when you launch your file again but please let me know how you go after trying the above.

Just to clarify, does this message appear each time you login to a new session on Hosted or does it reappear when you're performing a certain task/action?
