EOFY report showing more employees than I have

Hi, just attempting my STP EOFY report, should be simple as there are only 2 employees.

However the report is showing 5 employees, 2 with the same name, and 3 with the same name. There for the report is doubling one gross income and multiplying the other X3.

I just don't know how to sort this out.

Just checking, did you create additional employees at some point throughout the financial year and then archive them?

If you go to Employees and then click on the Archived tab, are there any employee entries listed there for these unaccounted employees?

Could you please let me know if there are any employees in your archive list? You might want to verify whether these names are duplicates of the current active employees. Additionally, you may want to check if these duplicate entries have the initial YTD set up.

No , I only have one archived employee, that was terminated years ago.

I actually did have an issue at the start of this financial year, when i couldn't mark any pay runs as paid, however I rang the phone number for technical assistance and they somehow magically fixed it😂. Since then things have been working fantastically. till now😓
