Unable to Login to Gov Connect to submit EOFY report.

I was in the process of submitting my EOFY Finalisation report to GovConnect using Reckon Accounts v34 2025. Normally after exporting the STP data, it opens up the reckon.portal page. I login with Goggle option and receive a six digit code for verification.

Following this, I can login to GovConnect site to upload my file. I tried numerous times but nothing seems to happen. This is the first time using the Reckon Accounts v34 2025.

Would greatly appreciate any advice or leads.

    Hi Shaz, I tried again today and found that a new anti-virus programme (Avast Ant-Virus ) was blocking access. I removed the anti-virus programme and was able to login to GovConnect as per usual. It's the first time this has happened in almost five years.
