Multi user on Shared company files

Question

I have 2 companies and am thinking of buying 3 licences.  I've read a fair bit on 'sharing' company files to users with their own ID, but what's not clear to me is multi-user functionality.

Say I buy 2 Licences for Company A for Users 1 & 2 and one Licence for Company B for User 3m

Assuming User 3 'shares' the Company file, can they work on it simultaneously with Users 1 and/or 2?

A follow up question is how would MFA play out, assuming we're all in the same physical office?

Hi @GregK

If you have 3 licenses, then you can have 3 users access the file at the same time, assuming the file has been shared with all 3 users.

The MFA would not be an issue because each license will have their own attached MFA.
