Super Guarantee Not Updating to 12% After Upgrade

I've just updated to the latest Reckon Accounts Enterprise version and confirmed the tax tables are current for 1 July 2025.

In previous years, the Super Guarantee (SG) percentage auto-updated (e.g., from 10% to 10.5%, then 11%). However, this time it doesn't look like it's updated to 12% on the default “Super Guarantee” item in the Payroll Item List.

Just checking — is anyone else seeing this?

  • Has Reckon stopped auto-updating the SG % this year?
  • Or is there something else I need to trigger to apply the update?

Would rather avoid manually editing every super item if it's meant to happen automatically.
