RAH unable to log in for read only access for historical business info
I'm unable to log into RAH to access some info for historical records.
We now use a different accounting software, I only need to print out some reports etc. so read only access should be fine. I've reset my password too, but still having trouble saying 'Invalid username or password or disabled user'. I did a back up of the data before I cancelled the subscription. Thanks

you can download a trial version of Reckon Enterprise, which is the desktop version of Reckon Hosted and restore your file

Thanks for the prompt response Kris.
Any idea where I'll find the Reckon Accounts Enterprise download?

As part of your membership you have a IKC for the full version of Hosted
Log in to the members area
The software is available from the reckon website

He cancelled his subscription

It should be available to the end of the current subscription. Honestly I do despair at how people use software without understanding the restrictions on its use. At LEAST with Quickbooks the data is there for one year in case you decide to reactivate it. Once you cancel hosted your data disappears. People should really read the fine print.

Thanks @Zappy @Kris_Williams for commenting.
No, I don't have a IKC as I no longer have a subscription.
Yes, I do have a back up.
I think I need to download a trial version of RAH but I'm unable to find this.
It would be great if someone could share the link with me. Thank you

I think I asked if youre an accredited partner
You would have been aware of the Hosted Trial surely?
Seems it was the obvious solution

does it matter, we both passed on the correct information?

Well to be fair it does get a bit confusing when you keep chiming in.

Thank you @Kris_Williams for your help and making the suggestion that I download the trial version to access more historical data. Regardless of weather you're an Accredited Partner or not, you took the time to offer suggestions, share the link and help.
@Zappy, I found your comments rather abrupt and rude to both @Kris_Williams & myself.
Especially 'Honestly I do despair at how people use software without understanding the restrictions on its use. At LEAST with Quickbooks the data is there for one year in case you decide to reactivate it. Once you cancel hosted your data disappears. People should really read the fine print.' Yes, I should have read the fine print a little more clearly before cancelling my subscription, however I was sure there would be away to access the historical data and I just needed some help to find it. There was no need to shut down Kris's comments; In fact, Kris was helping me before you so your latest comment of 'Well to be fair it does get a bit confusing when you keep chiming in', perhaps should have been directed at yourself.
I was unable to get the free trial as this was only for new customers. Instead, I've been able to reactivate my account for the month, pay accordingly and triple check all the data I was after.
Thanks kindly

You’re very welcome @WillowBirch, happy to help and glad you found a solution. I wasn’t aware of that option, always good to learn something new

To be fair Kris never mentioned the trial of hosted till I raised it. If you used a different email address you would have been able to set it up.
Im glad you got it sorted.
It's a bit of a failing with hosted the tech support is quite limited. Its worse with Xero. There is literally no tech support
Also if your account was cancelled Im surprised the data was still available. This has not been my experience in the past.
Have an amazing day everyone

Also tech support just told me when the account is cancelled the data is deleted. This was the point from which I was proceeding.

You are correct Kevin, I did not know about the Hosted Trial and so began looking for details on it after you brought it to our attention as you did not provide a link on that same post, I just happened to find the link that I did about the same time as you posted yours.

Yes @Kris_Williams
