Restore rkn files
When I try to restore a rkn file, the dialog comes up with one or more backup files are missing".
Any ideas or resolutions.

I use Reckon accounts personal 2019 and dont have a file named Qbprint.qbp in the Reckon Accounts Personal folder. have searched all subfolders with no results. I do have the six files in the backup folder as you suggested: QEL QIN QPH QDF IDX HCX.

When I try to restore a rkn file, the dialog comes up with one or more backup files are missing.
Your solution:
Make sure that all 6 required files are in the location and that the folder that they are in is set to read/write not read only (see below)
1) Locate the Qbprint.qbp file in the QuickBooks Installation Directory.
2) Right-click the filename, and then choose Properties.
3) In the Attributes section of the General tab, de-select the Read Only Option.
4) Click OK to save your changes.

Ps The unzipped file is normally password protected. Does this cause an issue.

The file name is G&W2019_20250708.rkn and the location is: c:\Data\REckon\Quicken\
