Reconciliation on Reckon Accounts Hosted

It's my first time doing a reconciliation and when I try to, the last reconciled was 30th of November 2024. When I try to input June 30 this year, the beginning balance was incorrect from the statement I have. I wanted to undo last reconciliation but it may lead to errors. What should I do to start my reconcile?

If you run the reconciliation report for the previous balance date you can find out when it last balanced. As per Kris note, do NOT use the undo function.

Also, it would be very helpful if you have the last backup when it was correct so you can compare the two files. Unforunately you will need another laptop. You can only have one file open in RA at any one time
