That is a bit odd, when you converted to 2025 did you just let Reckon do it or did you restore a backup? how can you see the figures in 2024 now?
I would reprocess the pay in 2025, and check the totals against Gov Connect to be sure.0 -
I would just check the figures in Reckon after you reprocess with Gov Connect to be sure. As STP only updates YTD figures, as long as the totals agree with your last submission I think everything should be ok

Hi Kris, I looked at a restored file in 2024 to see the figures as i checked and it is already processed in gov connect. I did something that day re starting to convert but not totally upgrade. Will reprocessing in 2025 change the GOv Connect figures please?

Did you upgrade the wrong file?
You could simply add the pay run back to the new file and check the final figures for 2024-25
Id test this off-line first
Call me and Ill get you sorted with the desktop version

It would be important for you to determine the exact file name and location of the data files that you are opening.
When a data file is upgraded to a newer version format such as the Accounts 2025, it would contain everything that was in the data file prior to the upgrade.
The most common cause for 'missing' info would be when there are multiple similar/identically named files in multiple locations.
If your data file is not shared with any other Hosted users, then it would normally be on the Q:\ drive root or a sub-folder like the Q:\Upload folder.
If your data file is shared with any other Hosted users, then it would be in a shared folder location.
