Upgrade - how to?
Hi,
I have taken on a role as treasurer with very little handover - just the laptop with Reckon Accounts Personal installed and in use. I have been able to use Reckon so far, but have now had to pay the Annual License fee and find I need to upgrade to Reckon Accounts Personal Plus V31 from the current Quicken Personal 2022.
I have received the download link and installation key from help desk but am not sure of the next step. Do I need to save the data file before I run the update? If so - what am I looking for?

It might be a good idea to have a look at the upgrade article so you're familiar with how upgrading works. It's the same process every year but if it's your first time, it'll be worth it.
You need to uninstall your current version and the restore your file in the version after install. I'll try to find you the link to the article
