Reckon Accounts Hosted login issue - 403:Forbidden error - RESOLVED ✅


Hi everyone
We're currently investigating an issue affecting login to Reckon Accounts Hosted.
You may be encountering a message similar to the below with a The request failed with HTTP status 403: Forbidden
error.
Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing at the moment.
Our teams are currently investigating this at the highest priority and I'll keep this post updated with more information as soon as it comes to hand.

I went to log into Reckon after lunch and I received this message
"The request failed with HTTP status 403: Forbidden."
I closed the browser and re-opened and still the same
Can someone please advise??

UPDATE
This is currently affecting new logins to Reckon Accounts Hosted, any users who are currently logged in and working on your file will not be impacted.
More info to follow shortly.

Hi again everyone
Our team has rectified cause of this issue and login to Reckon Accounts Hosted should now be back to normal. Please try logging in again when you can and your access to the service will be available.
We'll continue to monitor the service over the next little while to ensure there are no further issues.
