Reckon Hosted - Cannot access the Customer Centre.

Hi I have been having issues with Reckon Accounts Hosted. I have been entering in data and havent been able to tab across fields.

The other issue is I am unable to access my customer Centre click on it and nothing happens.

    Hi @MeadowsMaintenance ,

    Thank you for your query. Regarding the issue with the tab not functioning, could you please confirm whether the Pressing Enter moves between fields box is ticked as indicated below. You can find it under top menu Edit and then Preferences and under the General section, as shown in the attached image?

    I apologize for missing the second part of your message.

    Could you please provide a screenshot showing exactly where you are clicking when attempting to open the Customer Center? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could try accessing the Customer Center via the menu, as shown in the attached image.
