Hi everyone

Just a heads up to let you know we’ll be performing scheduled maintenance on Reckon Accounts Hosted to upgrade its file servers for security and reliability improvements.

📅 When

Sunday 31 August 2025 8:00PM – 2:00AM (AEST) 

⚠️ IMPORTANT

You will be unable to login or access your data files during the maintenance periods specified above and we recommend that you log out of Reckon Accounts Hosted prior to the maintenance period commencing. If you attempt to login to Reckon Accounts Hosted during the maintenance period, you will encounter error messages, we recommend logging in after the maintenance period is complete.

This maintenance will affect both Reckon Accounts Hosted Australia and New Zealand.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding as we work to improve the performance and reliability of your Reckon Accounts Hosted service.

    UPDATE – Revised Maintenance Schedule

    Great news! The first maintenance session carried out last weekend went very well and has allowed us to expedite our file server upgrades! 

    We no longer need to spread the maintenance out across multiple weekends. Instead, we’ll be carrying out one final maintenance session this upcoming weekend to upgrade all remaining file servers. This also allows us to minimise interruptions and downtime to your service compared to the 5 separate weekends as initially planned. The post above has been edited to reflect the updated details.

     

    Maintenance will be carried out

    📅 Sunday 31 August 2025 8:00PM – 2:00AM (AEST) 

     

    Reckon Accounts Hosted Australia and New Zealand will be unavailable for all users during the above maintenance period.

    We recommend that you log out of Reckon Accounts Hosted prior to the maintenance period commencing. If you attempt to login to Reckon Accounts Hosted during the maintenance period, you will encounter error messages so we recommend logging in after its complete. 

     

    We'll also be keeping Sunday 14 September 2025 as a contingency date in case anything unexpected arises and another session is needed however we will let you know if that is required.
