RAH LAGGING


Morning All
having issues with a lot of lagging and going into not responding mode. Been since yesterday morning. It is everything I try to do, run reports, entering transactions.

- Which web browser are you using?
- When was the last time you ran a backup?
- Have you tried closing all open windows in Reckon Accounts?
- Have you tried clearing your web browser cache?

- How old is your company file?
- How large (in KB) is your company file?
- When did this start occurring for you?
- How "slow" is it, in terms of seconds/minutes?

The current is a few years old. it has been fine up until yesterday.
It has only started occurring since yesterday morning.
it count take up to 10 seconds to run a report after it has gone into "not responding" mode.

Is it every single report? What's the date range on these reports?
Did you do anything differently in your file yesterday as opposed to today?

How long have you been signed into Hosted today for?
Could you try go File → Exit, wait until your session ends, then re-launch Hosted?
It's possible that your session may just be encountering a bit of an issue.

I've found exactly the same thing.
Since whatever was completed on the weekend RAH is slow as a wet weekend.

I can assure it was only some server maintenance and nothing major was modified to cause the issue.
I would recommend the steps I have provided in the above post to patch up any major issues.
