Separate access to accounts and pays

hi All

how do i set up our accounts person for online banking centre access, it seems if i ticked all sensitive accounting information, she would see all the payroll in online banking.

Is there a way to set up so our accounts can access online banking to create ABA file for suppliers payment only. @Rav

oh, we using Reckon Accounts Premier: Contractor Edition Desktop

There is no granular permissions to specify the creation of ABA files for Supplier payments ONLY.

The Sensitive Accounting Activities permission needs to be enabled for a username to be able to access the Online Banking Centre.

With all the other areas set to No Access and only the "Sensitive Accounting Activities" set to Selective Access, the Online Banking Centre still shows payroll.

😀 can this be added to next development for Reckon update? logical consideration of selection of access to online banking. accounts could have full access to online banking without seeing any payroll information .
