Hi,

How do we go about resubmitting just one employee through BEAM for a particular period?

We had one of our contributions bounce back and we need to resubmit?

    Morning @Kali

    Because there is no option for us to Revert the batch back to draft. To resubmit, you have to process the super stream for an affected employee by creating a SAFF file and then paying super through the clearing house.

    We're working on streamlining the process in the situation where there might be errors with your Beam submission, it's not to far away but more details will be provided in the future. If you do find yourself having issues with Beam that are different to this one, please reach out.
