Reckon API version and Shopify

My client updated Reckon Hosted to 2025 and now cannot communicate to Shopify via their webninja app. We have done everything webninja requested.

I had to create a new Reckon Hosted owner to reconnect the webninja connector to Reckon but it still will not send anything from Reckon to Shopify. I am advised by the client that this happened for the previous two Reckon updates (before my time with them).

I notice that the API version webninja is using is 2019.R1.NZ I am advised by webninja that this is the last update they have received from Reckon. Can anyone confirm that this is the latest API version please?

Is there anyone out there linking Reckon 2025 to Shopify using the webninja connector? Is it working? Did you have to do anything to make it work?

This client is only linking one way, sending data to Shopify.
