Hey peoples,
Reckon prods me to use the new SG reporting feature every pay run.
Are we supposed to be paying the SG weekly, instead of quarterly, now?
Cheers, Rob
No we’re not supposed to be using it but the feature is there to use it when required. It has to be setup and there are some helpful hints available for doing that, which is on my to do list
Thanks Kris - no doubt that day will be coming soon with Albo in charge 🙄
That prompt isn’t specifically related to the new payday Super legislation. It’s a shortcut to the existing report for creating the export file for uploading into your clearing house. This feature has been there for years but as Kris mentioned, it requires specific mapping as the configs can vary between clearing houses.
As payday Super is now confirmed (for commencement from 01/07/26) Reckon may be needing to develop further features to enable it to be more automated ? 🤔 (@Rav might be able to clarify that progress ? 🤔🙏🏻)

Hey all, just picking up on Shaz's question. Yes, we're currently actively looking at options around providers for Payday Super compliance for Reckon Accounts & Reckon Accounts Hosted. Nothing to announce on that front just yet but we'll certainly share more info as we get closer.
Reckon One already has a Payday Super-compliant integration for super via Beam.
Hey all,
Just wanted to close the loop on this post with an update. I'm super excited to let you know we have partnered with Colonial First State to offer Reckon Accounts Desktop customers free access to the FirstChoice Employer Super Clearing House.
