is there a free training and certification course for partners like what Xero and MYOB offer for their partners?

    Our Customer Success Managers can deliver 1:1 training sessions so you can get hands-on guidance and answers specific to your business and clients. In addition, we’ve built a library of short, practical how-to videos that cover the most common tasks in Reckon One right here on the Community, making it easy to pick up tips quickly when you need them.

    I've sent your post over to our Customer Success team and they'll be reaching out to you directly for a chat along with setting up a training session at your convenience.

    In addition, we also have the Reckon Learning Hub which is our brand new destination for expert-led training, exclusive resources, and ongoing support. While its not free, you’ll receive access to all available content, including courses and webinars for both Reckon One, Reckon Accounts/Hosted and all other offered skills as well. Many of the webinars on the Reckon Learning Hub are also eligible for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours. Check out more info here.
