Since the new Invoice Interface went Live I can't see them and only get the below message. Have rebooted, logged out and logged in makes no difference. Any suggestions?

    Hi @IDColeman

Does this message appear when you attempt to create a brand new invoice or view an existing invoice? (Or both)

Which browser are you using? Does the same thing occur if you attempt to access Reckon One on a different browser?

Can you do me a favour and head into Settings ➡️ Money In and check whether you have a default bank account selected as shown in the example below?

If you don't, can you please select a default bank account from that field and click Save. Once that is done, go back to invoices, refresh the page and let me know if you're able to access your invoices after that?

    Hi Rav,

It was showing the correct account, refer below. I reselected and Saved, also changed the Approval Process to Enabled. I can now view Invoices already created. However when I click Quick add Invoice I get the error message. refer below

    Thanks for that @IDColeman

I've just had a quick look at your book and I'm not seeing that behaviour when attempting to create a new invoice either from the Quick Add button or clicking the Add button when on the invoice list screen ie. the new invoice creation screen opens up ready to create an invoice in my test from your book.

Are you running any browser extensions at the moment? Sorry to ask this but can you open an incognito browser window in Chrome and try one more time.

Does it still fail in incognito?

Very strange, I still can't seem to replicate that from your book when I check it out on my end.

Ok, are you able to open Google Chrome's dev console (Ctrl+Shift+J) when you're on the page with the error on it and shoot me the screenshot that shows the full console and the error screen side-by-side. It'll look something like this -

Granted, we're starting to get into more advanced troubleshooting territory so happy to get one of our technicians in touch for a chat if it's easier?
