You may have seen from our previous announcements that we’ve introduced a brand new invoicing experience in Reckon One - designed to be faster, simpler, and built directly from your feedback!

With its modern design, improved usability, and enhanced features, the new invoicing experience will soon become the default way to create and manage invoices in Reckon One.

Don't wait, make the switch to Reckon One's new invoice experience today!

From 1 October 2025, the classic invoicing functionality will be retired, and you'll be automatically moved across to the new invoice experience if you haven't made the switch already.

We recommend making the switch today so you can get familiar and start enjoying the benefits of the new invoice experience right away.

What’s changing?

Classic invoicing will be decommissioned on 1 October 2025
After this date, the classic version will no longer be available
The new invoicing experience will become the default and only option for creating invoices in Reckon One.

What should I do now?

Just an update to let you know the above change is now in effect and Reckon One's new invoice experience is now the default for all Reckon One users.
