Invoice Printing incomplete over 2 pages

Is there a way to make invoices that extend over 2 pages look professional? Currently when the list of billable items exceeds the 1st page the bottom of the invoice looks incomplete with total amount boxes missing. Is there a way to fix this problem? I find Reckon Invoice Template Layout Designer extremely "clunky" and frustrating to use. Can anyone suggest a way to create invoice templates that isn't so archaic?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Unfortunately, this is an automatic default behaviour when invoices extend beyond 1 page - The only possible workarounds are:

    • Create multiple (1-pg) invoices (instead of all on one multi-page one)
    • Reduce the template's text font & field/label sizes

    Hi Shaz, thanks for your response. I have created 2 separate invoice templates; 1 for single page and 1 for multi, to suit our accounting needs. 😃
