Transferring QDATA files from old computer to a new one. (v 31)

Could I have a clear set of instructions on how to transfer my QDATA files after installing the latest Personal Plus on a new computer. I have backed up on a flashdrive ready to do this. I am using the latest version on both computers and will delete Reckon from old computer once safely working on new one.
