Reckon One has received a new update today which introduces the new 2025/26 tax tables along with a couple more enhancements! Check out the details of the new release below.

🆕 2025/26 Tax Tables

The PAYG tax scales have been updated in line with legislative changes for the 2025/26 financial year. This includes adjustments to the Study and Training Support Loans (STSL) thresholds and formulas, as outlined in Schedule 8 – Statement of formulas for calculating study and training support loans components (NAT 3539).

These updates ensure compliance with the latest ATO requirements and automatically apply for any pay runs dated 1 July 2025 and after.

🆕 Keyboard Shortcuts - Calendar

Keyboard shortcuts for the date picker are here in Reckon One. They’re now available acrossall existing date pickers with no additional setup required. Date range support isn’t live just yet—but it’s coming soon!

    Hi @Rachnj

The above post is specifically to Reckon One which is a cloud service and it automatically updates the tax tables so there's no need to download/install etc.

If you're using Reckon Accounts Desktop or Reckon Accounts Hosted, then the latest edition of that software includes the tax tables for the new 2025/26 financial year. Yes, the tax table version number for that is 2526341.

Hi Rav. The non- tax car allowance still has a glitch - it's been increased in the software to 0.88/km which is correct, but the annual limit hasn't been updated in reckon one since 2022 when it was $3600, which is 5000km @0.72. The annual limit should now be $4400 (5000km @ 0.88)
