Whenever I Backup my files I get this screen as shown below. How do I fix this?

I have not been overly concerned because my files are always up to date and appear to be backed up. What is going on here and how do I fix it.

  Your file name is way too long and it has the & symbol in it too which is just asking for trouble.

  Shorten it to something less than 8 digits and it should help
