    Hi @Lucas , I have another trouble here for this company.

    When I tried to submit STP today, all failed. The Error shows:

    "The value specified for an item does not match the item type (value = "14 152 846 850", item type = String, uniqueID = http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevnt:AustralianBusinessNumberId) Hint: The Pattern constraint failed."

    I tried to find answer in community, there's a similar issue, and the maybe answer is no space or special character in the ABN. However,

    In the company details page, the following message is shown:

    "View and update your company details here. Please note that you canโ€™t change your ABN once registered. You also canโ€™t change your GST branch once you have submitted your first payrun."

    Hence I can not remove the spaces in between ABN numbers to see if it worked. Or this problem has other ways to solve.

    Please help and advice what do to next. Many thanks!

    Have you checked for spaces in the ABN in the General details within the Book Settings?

    Yes, I checked, it seems has no space.

    Hmmm, 14 152 846 850 seems to be different to the company ABN.

    Could that ABN be for the authorised tax agent?

    If you go to Payroll > Payroll Settings > Single Touch Payroll, their ABN can be found there.
