How to get rid of old shortcuts
there is only one file on my Hosted now due to the new rules, but the open window displays all the old files. Reckon told us to get rid of them, despite telling them they weren’t there. How can I do this? If I select File - open company - only the correct file shows, but this window shows files that are no longer there

It's remembering a display "view" rather than showing you the actual files.
Open your current company file & under File > Open Previous Company, change the Set number of previous companies .. quantity to 1 > OK
Any other company files listed should then disappear (from both that No Company Open window & under the Open Previous Company submenu) 😊

this has happened to me on 2 logins, this one is my daughter’s and she gets the code, so maybe another time, thanks Shaz

although it shows them I think you'll find you cannot open them anyway

No you can’t @GerryWinter, but Reckon told her to remove the files and argued that she had multiple files when she didn’t.
