Reckon Accounts Hosting Constantly Disconnecting

Hi, I am totally frustrated with Reckon Accounts Hosted. I login and within 1 minute it locks up and then disconnects and reconnects itself. This is happening constantly. For example, I am logged in now and have been for 15 minutes and it has disconnect and reconnected at least 6 times in the time frame. It is a nightmare. I have tried different browsers and the same problem occurs. I have tested my internet and there are no problems with it. The problem only occurs when I am using Reckon Hosted. Otherwise my computer is fine. Please help.

    Sorry to hear that. There must be something in your particular setup as nobody else is this problem as bad as you

    Thanks for that Gerry but it doesn't resolve my problem. The only solution I have is to change the software because this is unusable in its current format. I have tried using it with hotspot, different internet, different browsers and still the same thing keeps happening. I recognise this maybe something with my computer, maybe an update or something like that but there has to be an answer to stop it form happening. Thank you

    have you tried logging in from another network on a different machine?

    I have Kris. Tried different locations, different browsers and different networks. It is clearly something with my computer. I have turned my security off and that still doesn't solve it.

    It is a little more stable if I am using my hotspot on my phone. It will still drop out but more like every 4-5 minutes rather than 1-2 minutes

    It appears there may be a network issue. Could you please provide the name of your internet service provider?

    Starlink is out internet provided at home and on my phone it is Optus - Same problem occurs with both providers but the Optus is slightly better. We have no other problems with any other programs/computers other than Reckon.

    If you don't. Absolutely need a hosted version. Why don't you use reckons desktop version of the same program? That way you won't have any Internet. Or login problems?

    Asked for a free trial version and see how that works for you.

    Thank you all for your help. I did come up with a solution that seems to work as a temporary measure. If I turn my VPN on, for some reason it does not drop out. If I turn the VPN off it goes back to dropping out constantly. Not sure why this should make a difference but it does. Thanks again all. Joanne

    I have also started experiencing this problem, so I want to flag that it is not a one offโ€ฆ what has happened in the background that has caused this to become an issue when we have been running along sweetly. Please dont dismiss this as a one off with one person

    @Barbara_9752659 you might want to provide more details. Are you on starlink as well?

    Did you try the suggestion linked by Reckon?
