Is anyone else have problems sending payslips to iinet email accounts?
The payslips I've sent over the last 3 pay runs have all failed.

Hi Jason, yes all other emails are ok. My email address that I am exporting from is also iinet.

What does your email history show for those email addresses?

I haven't heard of issues specifically with iinet, but it might be worth trying to add email-reckonone@reckon.com as a safe sender in their email service and then test again to see if it comes through?
That seemed to work for some Reckon Accounts users in the past.

They show failed and I'm thinking that is because I have cc emailed copies to my email address, but I checked with employee and they have received theirs.

I have already added reckon emails to safe sender but it's still not working.

I have tested with my own payslip which I sent to my gmail instead of my iinet and it was received.
This has only started happening over the last 3 payruns.

Thank you for following up, I have contacted The Messaging Company who now service iinet emails and they are looking into the issue.
