Salary sacrifice not appearing in payrun

Hello

One of our employees has asked to salary sacrifice to their super fund.

When doing the pay run, salary sacrifice doesn't appear but it does for a different employee.

Is there a setting that I've missed somewhere?

    Hi @Geekzone,

    Could you please confirm whether the Salary Sacrifice is selected in the Superannuation details of the employee? If it is, this should be reflected in Pay Setup and should automatically be included in the pay run, assuming the default pay option is used.

    To add a salary sacrifice, please follow these steps:

    1. Edit the employee's details.
    2. Navigate to 'Other Details,' then select Superannuation.
    3. Edit Super and check the box for Salary Sacrifice.
    4. If in case it is grayed out, add Super details, and select Salary Sacrifice for an Item.

    Thank you @klaura, it was unticked so I've ticked it now. I'm assuming I need to delete the draft payrun in order for it to appear?

    Yes, you are correct. To ensure that the changes you have made are reflected in the pay run.
