Hi everyone, is anyone else having problems logging into Reckon Accounts Hosted?

I've just tried logging into my own account and opening my test file which seemed to work normally in my case.
Try acknowledging that message then log off any active sessions listed within the Reckon Accounts Hosted control panel and then logout for a couple of minutes. Log back in after that and try opening your file and see if that helps at all.

Yes I've done all that, made sure everyone logged out, and still the same message, even after re-starting the computer. Thanks for your help though. :-)
Tried opening another user on another computer and got an H202 error, that Reckon cannot connect with the server.
I just logged in on PC using Mozilla Firefox

Cannot login on Chrome and Edge.
I never have any problems with Firefox- I use it every day
Same issue here in Google Chrome, except when I click on open on the company file the mouse goes round and round, try clicking and things lock up, even tho I also logged out of all user sessions, logged completely out of Reckon from the dashboard and logged back in, still no luck
We have the same issue here H202 tried multiple browsers and no luck
I just logged in on my iPad using Safari, no issues

just tried again on PC Windows 11, got in on both Firefox and Chrome, no delays. Sorry youโre having this problem @NatChat, must be very frustrating.

@Lesley_10865037 & @Nigel can you please shoot me a private message with the Reckon Accounts Hosted user ID's and user names that are experiencing this issue. Please also include the exact file name of your file along with the latest date & time of your most recent login that encountered this issue.
@NatChat since you've just joined the Community you won't be able send a PM just yet but I'm going to send you one shortly so if you can please respond to it with the same info as above that would be great.

We've made a quick and small change on our end which hopefully resolves this. Can you please try logging into Reckon Accounts Hosted again and accessing your files when you can.
Let me know if its successful for you now or if you're still encountering an error.
If you run into a different error message than previous, please let me know and take a screenshot if possible.
