UPLOAD FOLDER MISSING IN Q FILES

Hi Team,

It appears that the Upload Folder is missing from the Q File for a couple of our employees.

I am able to see the Upload Folder as the Administration user.

Can you please advise how to add the upload folder in the Q File as these employees need to be able to upload delivery dockets to attach to invoices for emailing.

Hi Jen

The upload folder is a component of the old floating toolbar file management system that Reckon Accounts Hosted used to have.

Since its upgrade to the new platform last year and the introduction of the My Files toolbar, there's actually not a need for that old Upload folder as files can be uploaded directly to the Q drive or any folder within the Q drive.

Now with all that said, are your users actually unable to upload files to the Q drive at the moment? ie. is there any error or issue occurring when they upload?

Hi Rav,

There was a folder called "Upload" already in my Q File so this is where I saved my delivery dockets.

I have created a new folder in the Q File for the other employees called "Delivery Dockets" and now they are able to save delivery dockets in this.

I'm still a novice with RAH but many thanks for your help.

That new folder with a relatable name "Delivery Dockets" is better.

Or you could create a folder called Upload and within that folder have other named folders such as "Delivery Dockets" or any other folder to organise the different things you may want to upload.
