Reckon Hosted integration with Wageloch

We are currently using Reckon Hosted for accounts, payroll, time tracking and job costing and have just decided to implement Wageloch for time tracking and staff clocking. Does anyone know if there is a way that we can export Customer:Job info as well as times to RAH out of Wageloch? They tell me they can only export data to ‘Reckon Classes’ which means we will now have to run part of our job costing in a different program, which isn’t quite what we were hoping for.

I think they Wageloch can write a script to export those info, they have their api and RAH api.

There is no separate software called Reckon Classes, I'm assuming they're referring to the classes functionality which does exist within Reckon Accounts Hosted.

Based on the add-on listing we have here, it does state they integrate with Reckon Accounts Hosted so perhaps it might be worth getting in touch with them again to get a more detailed breakdown of their process of getting data from their solution into your file.

@Rav I believe they are referring to the classes functionality within reckon hosted. We would love to be able to import in to Customer:Job and Service Items in addition to the staff payroll items.

The last staff member at Wageloch told me that it is some kind of restriction that Reckon has in place that prevents them from being able to export to different areas and they only have the ability to export to classes.

If you believe that RAH can accept this, then I will try to contact them again and see what they can do.
