CFS clearing house and SAFF file

So I just tried to submit my first SAff file to CFS clearing house… What a nightmare

the page is so confusing and now it has said there are errors and have to be fixed before I can submit .

More than one fund matched [FSFO511AU] - Select the correct fund.

Weirdly enought this one is actually a Colonial first state super fund

also the same for another employee.

Does anyone have any idea or guidance?

I have been using all this info in ATO clearing house with no issues does anyone have any idea because I am thinking I might go to another clearing house and see if that is easier to deal with.

Also is thre anywhere I can get the step by step procedure for doing the payday super at least Reckons side because even saving the SAFF file and reteiving it was not as easy as I first thought. I am not convinced I am doing any of it correctly it seems very confusing, I am glad I have started this now it's going to take awhile to get this right.

Double check all the details in Reckon first for these 2 employees, especially the USI number

How did you setup your items and employees prior to generating the SAFF? Did you follow the steps outlined in our guide here -

The above guide has step by step instructions on getting the information in your Reckon Accounts file ready and setup to generate a SAFF that should be accepted by clearing houses, including CFS.

I was under the impression that all the info needed would already be in Reckon but I did review the USI numbers and they are correct as are member numbers and fund names as far as I can see but but what is all the contact email and bank account stuff I have never had to fill them in before while using ATO clearing house and how and if this is fund details am I supposed to find out emails and bank account details of all the funds I thought that was only for self managed ? The CFS clearing house page is so confusing there is so much on there I have no idea what I am supposed to be filling in and what I dont need and why it's telling me the funds don't match when the drop down list if I choose it is for that same name and USI.I think I may have to see if another clearing house is easier to understand. Right now I have given up to save my sanity I did not in my wildest nightmares imagine it would be so hard. I am not happy with ATO for closing the clearing house I had that down pat but I was hopng the partnering between Reckon and CFS was going to make it easier alas I am tearing my hair out and am probably going to have to pay to get help but I am not sure if this is a Reckon issue a CFS clearing house issue or just my not understanding issue.

In addition to the above question, the other thing I'll add is, you don't have to use a SAFF if you don't want to. The CFS clearing house supports inputting super contributions manually which is probably similar to what you're familiar with via the former ATO SBSCH.

You can most definitely continue to use your current clearing house if you have one, aside from the ATO SBSCH of course with its impending closure.
