I shared a Book with client, but he can see our Reckon Portal and staff. Is that mean client can know other users details and can see all the bills? How to avoid?

Did you share the individual book with your client OR did you add them as a staff member to access your full Reckon Portal account?
They are two different things, so I'm assuming you may have done the latter.

Now I just want to share the individual book to this client, then he can adjust something in this book, but don't want him to see our portal. How to change ?

Login to the Reckon Portal.
https://portal.reckon.com/
Go to the Account section.
See if they appear in Staff list.
And if you want to remove them you can.
