FB GROSS UP YTD ADJUSTMENT

I have just entered my Gross up adjustment amount and when I look at the employees information it is zero. This is the first year having this problem and I did follow the instructions from the recent webinar.

Maybe I have set something up wrong as this year is the first adjustment for this employee.

I just found it on the Payroll Summary, so I assume it flows through when I processes todays pay run as its the final pay event for June 2026.

Hi Alison

Rather than entering it there, just add the Payroll Item & Amount onto the employee’s last Paycheque for the FBT year (eg Their last Paycheque dated on or before 31/03/26) 😊

Is this right? It hasn't updated the Employee Summary Section.

The 2 sections I've selected in red are summaries - They automatically prefill based on the data entered in the 1st ("Earnings") & 2nd ("Other Payroll Items") data boxes.

You have the FB Payroll Item in there (as highlighted below) but you've manually entered the amount into the summary instead. Remove the FB amount from the the summary & enter it - under Rate - here instead (as highlighted below) :

(NOTE: The Employee Summary shows only amounts the employee is directly receiving so it won't show there because - like Super - it's an employer contribution 😊)
