IF YOU CANNOT LOGIN
If you are unable to open the data file, then you will need to restore a backup or send your data file to undergo analysis.
Restoring the last known good or most current good backup is your first recourse against data problems.
It is the responsibility of the user who is designated as the Admin to perform scheduled backups regularly and perform file integrity checking as part of that backup process.
This applies to both desktop and hosted platforms.

Thank you for this information.

Hi John,
In almost all known encounters with this warning message, users are able to successfully open the file and refresh the login details.
It's also a good reminder for users to record their Admin password and make backups if they have not done so regularly.
We'll raise a request for the warning to be modified to better explain the situation and what to do instead of being generally scary.
