Error Code 16289 51651

RA2016, Windows 10 Professional, Outlook 2016

I am getting this error code. It appears when I close RA.
When I click "View Report", nothing happens, no report.

RA appears to be working normally, just this error when closing.
Translation please ?

    Hi Steve,

    Does this occur each and every time you close Reckon Accounts? Does it occur after opening Reckon Accounts, waiting for a short amount of time then closing? ie. without performing any tasks/activity.

    Does this occur on other data files also? ie. Sample file?

    Have you performed a Verify & Rebuild as yet?

    Not every time.

    Does it occur after opening Reckon Accounts, waiting for a short amount of time then closing? ie. without performing any tasks/activity.
    If no activity - No Error
    Seems to occur if I have created/emailed invoices/statements during the session. RA is not crashing. Possibly (not sure) the error is hiding behind the main RA screen, not seen until close RA. Later I will try minimising before closing, to check if error is there.

    Does the Reckon Error Code mean anything ?

    Possible clue. Started occurring after latest round of Windows Updates earlier this week
