STP reporting and workers compensation payments made 7 weeks after. How do I account for it without

Workers compensation claim accepted 7 weeks after initial injury. Superannuation is not payable on workers comp. I cannot enter a negative on super or journal it out. If I alter each paycheque from mid July to end August to correct the amounts due under workers comp I will affect PAYG for July and August. superannuation already paid when not due and STP reports. Also correct amount not showing on reports for State Payroll Tax when we did the make up payment on 7th September. Is there any way of dealing with it apart from re-doing each paycheque and re-submitting reports for payroll tax, PAYG and STP?
