Super Details not showing correctly on Pay Slips

Since the upgrade to Reckon Accounts Hosted R2 ?the super details of my employees are showing all the wrong Superannuation names wrong.  The account number shows correctly, however it only shows Media Super (which is our default) superannuation company on all employees pay slips.

I have looked and looked and looked and I cannot seem to fix the problem.

Please help.

    Hi there, can anyone from Reckon Support help me with this.  It has been 4 days now.

    Hi Steve

     

    It’s a little difficult to determine without seeing the data itself as it could be one of a number of things …

    The Super information shown on an employee’s payslip is drawn directly from what is set up in their individual record for Super along with what is set up for the applicable Super Payroll Item selected.  

     

    I’m assuming that you have “Media Super” set as the Super Default Fund in your Preferences?

    Was this the Payroll Item originally on each Employee’s record & you’ve since updated/renamed this or added a new Payroll Item for each of their specific Funds?

     

    You may be better having an Accredited Partner assist you one-on-one on-site in order to resolve this …
