When you change it, you need to continue clicking Next through to the final window (& then OK on that one) to save your changes.

Thanks for you reply. We have selected both in the send form box in all our employees profile and we have been able to send the pay slips in the older (2020) version and just couldn't in the new (2021) version.

- run your revised pay run in hosted
- prepare new STP file with the corrected numbers
- lodge the new STP with the ATO as a replacement file

A lot depends on what you want as far as your history goes, with hosted you have it all and visually it is the same as what you are using now, Reckon One is a different format and not all your history can be imported, although is is much cheaper.
I dont know why your accountant cant login using Team Viewer, there are many programs out there that also allow you to log into your machine ie. Dualmon, SplaseTop etc

Had the same problem and what Rav says is correct (though it took a bit longer to work out eh Ravi). You need to have the Branch number in there if it's different from 001.

Oh dear. The perils of processing payments without all the data. Probably a lesson in there somewhere. Unless you are actually going to pay the staff and recoup it later, I would not process pays in advance.
Error 7128, 7135, 7138 - when installing 2012 personal plus on new computer
Want to load Quicken 2012 Personal Plus on new replacement PC.
Have received link and activation code from Reckon.
Have installed Quicken 2012 on new PC and after entering the activation code get notification of "Attempting to contact the activation server"
Then a box appears with "Quicken has encountered a problem and needs to close" Also gives error code of 7128. When re attempting activation get Error Code of 7135 or 7138.
Have uninstalled Quicken and Reinstalled. The same errors occur.
