To keep the file you just download the company qbw file using the red floating toolbar on hosted, click the arrow down, then browse to your company file, or better still backup your file and download the qbb file from the B Drive, the company file is on the Q drive.

personally I would download both.

You will have the files but only for security purposes, you won’t be able to open them

You should also print out or save pdf's of relevant reports, namely balance sheets and Profit & Loss for the past 5 years

If you go to the supplier centre and click on the particular supplier, right click and do a fast report. There are many reports you can use.

You can also go to the expense account, modify it and filter to only show that supplier

I don’t believe any Reckon desktop programs work with Macs, unless you setup a virtual windows

I'd rather do the exact same as Judy but put the ABN in the Company name section (at the top) after the name

Hi Judi

You may have accidentally put a wrong code on an income transaction. To see where it's gone wrong I usually do a tax summary report & double click on the total figure in the NCG column. This should give you all the transactions that make up 1B (providing you haven't coded anything CAG - but if you have check that too).

Hopefully you will find the incorrect transaction that way.

Or check the Tax Detail report as that should show you a wrong transaction too.

What sort of transaction is it? Not all expenses need to have a Bill entered. For direct debits (eg loan repayments, bank fees, interest & others), you can memorise Chq payments (Write Cheque) to auto-enter 😁

Have you tried deleting your incorrect entry?

If that does not work, than try deleting the last two or three transactions.
