Your only option may be to adjust your text size in your actual computer settings. You may not have such an option within RPP 2015, or any other later version.

@Lyn_10072495 The status in the Hosted platform is specific to your licence only eg the ability to add/remove (paid) licences & share your company files.
The access you need to edit - & the one which Eric is referring to - is his created User login to your company file itself.
The “Admin” user can add/remove/edit any of these extensively within the company file, via the Company dropdown menu > Users > Set up Users and Roles 😁

if you go to Pay Bills and tick the bills you wish to pay they will be entered as individual cheques to each supplier

as long as you select the cheque account and not online bank. If you are creating an aba file to import into the bank you may get just one transaction- I don’t use aba files except for payroll and they create a single payment. Just try ticking a couple, you can always delete them

you can export a SAFF file from Reckon Hosted and import into some super clearing houses. I have just managed to do this successfully with Quick Super. You can register with Quick Super for free as long as you tick their super fund as a default, which simply means that employees for whom you have to setup a fund the default one is used. Clearing houses all work the same, you don’t have to have a super account with them it does the same job as ATO clearing house does. Having said that Quick Super (Australian Super) are also changing in the coming months to Wrkr super, which is already used by some major entities - One of the major Sydney hospitals- so I’m suggesting to people I know to go with them

If you don't. Absolutely need a hosted version. Why don't you use reckons desktop version of the same program? That way you won't have any Internet. Or login problems?

Reckon Accounts Hosting Constantly Disconnecting
Hi, I am totally frustrated with Reckon Accounts Hosted. I login and within 1 minute it locks up and then disconnects and reconnects itself. This is happening constantly. For example, I am logged in now and have been for 15 minutes and it has disconnect and reconnected at least 6 times in the time frame. It is a nightmare. I have tried different browsers and the same problem occurs. I have tested my internet and there are no problems with it. The problem only occurs when I am using Reckon Hosted. Otherwise my computer is fine. Please help.
